All single cards are Near Mint (NM) or better unless otherwise stated. Every card is individually sleeved immediately upon acquisition. For sealed products (booster boxes, ETBs), we guarantee factory-sealed condition with no damage to the outer packaging. Any imperfections are clearly noted in the product description.
Yes, we stock PSA, BGS, and CGC graded cards across a wide range of grades and price points. All graded cards include high-resolution photos of the slab so you can inspect the card before purchasing. The grade and cert number are always listed in the product details.
Every single card and sealed product is authenticated by our experienced team before being listed. We have a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeits. Our staff uses multiple verification methods including light tests, texture analysis, font comparison, and hologram inspection. We only source from verified UK distributors and reputable collectors.
We offer a 14-day return window for unopened, factory-sealed products in their original condition. For single cards and graded cards, we offer a 30-day return window if the item is not as described. Return shipping is free for any item that arrives damaged or not as described. Please contact us to initiate a return.

All single cards are shipped in a penny sleeve inside a rigid top loader, sealed in a team bag to prevent moisture ingress. The package is then placed in a bubble mailer for added protection. Sealed products are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes with bubble wrap and packing peanuts. High-value items (£100+) include additional reinforcement and insured delivery.
Yes, we ship worldwide. UK domestic delivery is our primary service, but we also ship to Europe (3-7 business days) and the Rest of the World (5-14 business days). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking portal. You can also track your order by logging into your account and navigating to your Orders page. All shipments are fully tracked from dispatch to delivery.
You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for dispatch. To cancel or make changes, please contact us immediately with your order number. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled, but can be returned under our standard return policy.

Yes, we offer pre-orders for upcoming Pokémon TCG sets as soon as release dates are confirmed by The Pokémon Company International. Pre-orders are charged at the time of dispatch, not at the time of ordering. Pre-order quantities are limited to ensure we can fulfil every order on release day.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
